Partial Cash on Delivery

To ensure genuine orders and reduce fake bookings, we have implemented a Partial COD system.

• A ₹69 partial payment is required at the time of placing a COD order.

• This amount is adjusted in your total order value at the time of delivery.

Important Clarification:

• The ₹69 paid is a partial payment of your order, primarily used for delivery and processing.

• Even if it is not shown separately and appears included in the total, it is still allocated towards delivery charges.

Important Points:

1. Non-Refundable Partial Payment
   The ₹69 paid is non-refundable if:

   • The order is cancelled after shipping

   • The customer refuses to accept the delivery

   • The order is returned (RTO – Return to Origin)

   Reason:
   Once your order is shipped, we pay forward shipping charges to the delivery partner.
   If the order is not accepted, we also bear return shipping (RTO) charges.

   Due to these logistics costs, we incur a loss of ₹140 or more, which is why the partial payment is non-refundable.

   This policy applies to all COD orders without exception.

2. Why is Partial Payment Required?
   
   Due to a high number of fake COD orders, small businesses face significant losses.
   This small partial payment helps ensure that only serious customers place orders.

3. Customer Responsibility
   By placing a Partial COD order, you agree that:

   • You will accept the delivery

   • You will be available at the provided address

4. Prepaid Orders Recommended
   We strongly recommend prepaid orders for:

   • Faster processing

   • Priority dispatch

   • No additional confirmation

By placing a COD order, you agree to this Partial COD Policy.
