3. Return and Exchange Policy
Due to the custom nature of our acrylic nails, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer limited return and exchange options under specific conditions.

Section 3.1. Returns
We only accept returns for defective or damaged items and cannot accept returns for non-defective items due to hygiene reasons. A full unboxing 360 video is required for verification of any defects. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Section 3.2. Exchanges
We accept exchanges if the wrong item is delivered.

Section 3.3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued for items that are defective or damaged. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7–18 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Please note: Only the amount actually paid at checkout will be refunded. Any discounts or coupon values applied to the order are non-refundable.
